In-line Electromagnetic Flow Meter
Insertion Electromagnetic Flow Meter
An electromagnetic flow meter is a device to measure the flow rate in a pipeline by utilizing Faraday’s Law of electromagnetic induction. It is frequently used in the water and wastewater industries, chilled water-cooling systems, the food and beverage industry, the chemical industry, the pulp and paper industry, and so on. There are different types of electromagnetic flow meters, including in-line (intrusive), insertion (non-intrusive), battery-powered (suitable for remote areas), etc.
Ultrasonic Flow Meter
An ultrasonic flow meter is a device that measures the volumetric flow rate of fluid flowing through a pipe by measuring the velocity across a known pipe cross-sectional area. They are commonly used in household water metering, water processing/treatment, oil and gas, food and beverage industries, etc. They operate on either the transit time or Doppler shift principle to measure the flow velocity. Ultrasonic Flow Meters are classified into two types: clamp-on and in-line ultrasonic flow meters. For clamp-on type, it can be further categorized into permanent type and portable type ultrasonic flow meters. A portable ultrasonic flow meter is used for diagnostic and verification purposes.

Coriolis Mass Flow Meter
The Coriolis Mass Flow Meter is also referred to as an inertial flow meter. It is widely used to measure mass flow rate in processes, i.e., custody transfer, in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, food, energy, etc.
Coriolis Mass Flow Meter Liquid Application
Bi-rotator (Vertical/Horizontal Type)
Mechanical/Digital Display
High Temperature up to 250°C
Positive Displacement Flow Meter
The bi-rotators rotate under the minimum change in pressure between the inlet and outlet. Rotations send the liquid from the inlet to the outlet. The rotation of the two rotators is directly proportional to the volume of liquid passing through.
The mechanical rotations of the bi-rotators are transmitted to a mechanical totalizer or electronic counter for flow rate and totalizer display.
Variable Area Flow Meter
The flow meter operation is based on the variable area principle: fluid flow raises a float in a tapered tube, increasing the area available for the passage of the fluid. The greater the flow, the higher the float is raised. The height of the float is directly proportional to the flow rate.
Open Channel Flow Meter
Open Channel Flow Meter is an instrument that measures the velocity of a fluid flowing in an open channel. One of the many types is the ultrasonic type. It operates by sending a transmit pulse to the transducer, which emits an ultrasonic pulse perpendicular to the transducer face, and the returned echo is sent back to the transmitter. The time taken to receive the echo is measured and the distance from the transducer face to the surface being monitored is calculated.
Ultrasonic Patented DATEM Up to 25m
Electromagnetic Full Profile Multiple Electrodes
Electromagnetic Full Profile Insertion Flow Meter
Flow-Tronic TORPEE-MAG is a hot-tap, full-profile electromagnetic insertion flow meter. Multiple electrodes placed across the entire sensor body at equal area, measure and report the average flow rate over the full diameter of the pipe. The specific design of the multi-electrode sensor compensates for variable flow profiles, including swirl and turbulent conditions and allows installation without calibration on site.
